These terms govern your use of badmutt.com and any services provided by Bad Mutt, operated by Mastro Unlimited, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or participating in our programs, you agree to these terms.
Bad Mutt offers AI agent diagnostic services, consulting, and cohort-based programs. The specific deliverables for each program are described on the purchase page and in onboarding materials.
Deposits reserve your spot in the cohort. The remaining balance is due when the cohort fills or at program start, whichever comes first. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD and include applicable fees.
Deposits are refundable if the cohort does not fill within 90 days of your deposit date. Once the cohort begins, deposits are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with the program within the first 14 days after start, contact us to discuss a resolution.
You are expected to participate in good faith. We reserve the right to remove participants who are disruptive, abusive, or who violate the trust of other cohort members. In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.
Information shared within the cohort — including other members' configurations, strategies, and business details — is confidential. You agree not to share other members' information outside the group without their explicit permission.
Diagnostic reports, recommendations, and materials provided to you are for your personal and business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our deliverables without written permission.
We provide expert diagnostics and recommendations based on our experience. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, cost savings, or performance improvements. Results depend on your implementation and specific circumstances.
Bad Mutt and Mastro Unlimited, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
