We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and payment information when you purchase a program or service. We also collect standard web analytics data (page views, browser type, referring URL) through Cloudflare's built-in analytics. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
We use your information to deliver the services you purchased, communicate with you about your program, process payments through Stripe, and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.
If you submit configuration files or deployment data for diagnostic review, that data is used solely to provide your diagnostic report. We do not share your configuration data with other cohort members or third parties. Diagnostic data is deleted upon your request.
By joining the cohort, you consent to receiving program-related communications via email and Telegram. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us.
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take your privacy seriously.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
